Mislim, da je treba razjasniti moje vprašanje.Rad bi vedel, kaj so merila za izbiro tranzistor za razred E PA design.Ker je tranzistor šteje kot stikalo, je treba vse upoštevati, da ta pogoj v tranzistor izbiri, npr ft ali dobiček?

Kaj ni kritična, je izhodna kapacitivnost.To je izkoristila prednosti, ki jih proizvodnje omrežje.Switching hitrost in Ft so pomembni in jih je treba visoko.
